All exchanges must be returned in the original Ed Hardy packaging (including the case) by insured carrier. Any frames being returned for exchange or due to manufacturers defect without the case will be deducted for the cost of the case. Ed Hardy Eyewear can only be exchanged for Ed Hardy Eyewear. If product is returned and is not a manufacturer defect and is not in resalable condition, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All exchanges must be accompanied with original invoice copy.
