Will the folks at StyleRocket.com help me with my site design?

Not exactly. We'll provide you with a variety of easy-to-use text links, banners, product links, information about promotions, etc... You can cut and paste the links, banners, and other information on your site in the way that you think works best. The overall design of your site and placement of the links are up to you.

Can I link to StyleRocket.com's products?

Yes. The StyleRocket.com affiliate program includes a product database; you can search for products on http://www.cj.com and start linking to those products with some simple cutting and pasting. You can’t just cut and paste images from the StyleRocket.com public website (http://www.StyleRocket.com) and link to them….if you want to get compensated for any referrals, you have to get your product links from within your affiliates account at http://www.cj.com. It is only on http://www.cj.com that the product images can be embedded with your unique affiliate site code that allows us to track sales from your site traffic.

How do I create links to StyleRocket.com?

Once you are accepted into the program, you can log into your affiliate account at http://www.cj.com. On the site there's a whole section dedicated to creating links. In this "Creating Links" section of the site, you simply click on the banner or product link you want, and then cut and paste the code into your site's code. Very easy.

My website is based outside of the U.S…Can I still become an affiliate?

Yes. StyleRocket.com welcomes affiliates from anywhere in the world, however, customers that buy from our site must pay in U.S. dollars and can only have their goods shipped to certain countries. All commission checks to StyleRocket.com affiliates are in U.S. dollars and all of our customer support is in English.

If I have more than one web site, can I join with both?

Yes, you can have multiple sites under one StyleRocket.com affiliate account. You can create links specifically for each site and generate separate reports for each site. You will receive one aggregate commission check for all sites.

How much money can I actually earn?

The amount you can earn is unlimited…we’d love to help you get filthy stinking rich! It really all depends on how much traffic you send to StyleRocket.com through the affiliate links and the amount your visitors spend. We dedicate a lot of time and resources to increase the average sale amount and keep customers coming back.

How do I know how much commission I've earned?

You can access reports through your affiliate account at http://www.cj.com. These reports provide information on impressions, clicks, orders, shipments, and commissions that you've earned. The reports are updated daily so that you can have the most accurate information right at your fingertips.

How often can I run reports?

Reports are updated to cj.com daily. You will have 24/7 access to the reports and can run them as often as you like.

How often do I get paid?

We will send you a check every calendar month, provided that you have earned more than $25. If your commission total is less than $25, we will send you a check once you reach that level.

Do I earn commissions on returns?

If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned for that transaction. We can only pay you on real sales.

Who processes the orders?

StyleRocket.com processes all of the orders and handles the entire shopping and buying experience.

Who handles customer service?
