PLEASE NOTE: Processing time does not equal shipping time. Following credit card authorization and order verification, your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm EST). Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for delivery on domestic orders and 5-10 business days for delivery on international orders. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday only. If an item that you order is temporarily out of stock, it may take a little longer depending upon availability. Shipping/Handling Policy:


Credit cards are not charged and money orders are not cashed until the order ships.

Orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous 48 US states are shipped via carrier of our choice FREE OF CHARGE unless the customer selects an alternative premium shipping method at checkout. Orders under $100 that are shipping within the contiguous 48 US states will be charged a flat rate shiping and handling fee of $6.97. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other US territories are shipped USPS Priority Mail and will incur a S&H charge. All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Express and will incur a S&H charge.

Customers outside of the US are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. StyleRocket.com will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused. StyleRocket.com is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order. If your package is lost in transit for any reason, you must submit a claim with the carrier (UPS or USPS) and notify us of the lost package. Please note there is a 7-10 day period for the claim to be processed. If any item(s) become sold out during that time, we will issue a store credit. We can not guarantee the availability of any item at any time.

StyleRocket.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason (canceled orders will not be charged or will be refunded as appropriate). Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Undeliverable Packages:

If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to us, we will notify you via e-mail or phone and you will be asked to provide a new shipping address. You will be responsible to pay the additioanl Shipping and Handling fee to re-send your order out to you.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Send your unworn items back within 30 days for store credit or exchange. All tags must still be attached. Please include a note with your contact information, order number, and reason for the return. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days.

***Clearance items are Final Sale and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. Full price items purchased using a discount coupon are only eligible for store credit. No refunds will be issued on any discounted merchandise.

Please inspect your items closely upon receipt. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it to be eligible for a return. Defective items include items that are damaged upon reciept and do not include items that have been worn or have had the tags removed.

Style Rocket accepts returns on unworn footwear items within 30 days from the date of customer receipt. Please inspect shoes for any manufacturers defects upon receipt. Any shoe that has been worn can NOT be returned. All shoe returns must come with the original shoe box in tact. If original shoe box is damaged, written on, has an address label on it, or is destroyed in any way, the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping expenses are nonrefundable.

If you return an item for a refund, a flat rate of $6.97 for the initial shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return an item for an exchange for the same item in a different size, your exchange will be shipped free. If you are exchanging an item for a different item, you will be issued a store credit to be used to place a new order for the new item you wish to receive.

Returns in excess of $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that this is the ONLY way to return/exchange anything purchased at the web site StyleRocket.com. Returns for items purchased at this site will only be accepted at the mailing address listed. Returns or exchanges for items purchased on StyleRocket.com WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ANY BRICK AND MORTAR (WALK-IN) STORES OR ANY AT OTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER’S RETAIL LOCATION. ORDER STATUS KEY

Pending: We have received your order and it will be processed shortly.

Shipped: Your order is on its way. Use the tracking information to check your order's progress with the noted carrier.

Backordered: Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery on backordered items.

Shipped Partial: One or more of your items may be on Backorder or Permanently Out Of Stock. The items that are currently available have shipped out and are on the way to you. Use the tracking information to check your order's progress with the noted carrier. If you created an account when initially placing your order, you can log-in on the order status page to see the individual status of each item in your order. When the unshipped portion of your order ships out, the status will change to Shipped Partial - Order Complete.

Shipped Partial - Order Complete: The remainder of backordered / available items on your order have shipped out.

Permanently Out Of Stock: An item or items on your order is/are sold out and no longer available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service department for details.
